Renter is responsible for golf membership transfer fee, which is currently $450.00 plus tax or social membership fee currently $350 plus tax. Social membership includes everything except golf.

$1,000 security deposit, which will be returned within 30 days of departure assuming no damage.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of the condo association spaces.
