OUTDOOR DINING FACILITY ANNOUNCEMENT (originally posted 5/13/16)
The Forest Glen Master Board is pleased to announce that the proposal to renovate the outdoor dining facility was approved by a vote of 6-1 at the May 12th Master Board meeting.  The amount approved was $949,376 plus $80,000 of contingency.  The Board accepted the recommendation by the Finance Committee to assess all members $1,290 payable over 6 quarters in the amount of $215 each. The billing will be on the same statement you receive your quarterly dues. The Board wishes to thank the membership for their interest in the project and the feedback provided to The Project Team over the past several months.  This input provided the guidance that led up to the presentation to the Board for approval.   Click here to see the renderings and floor layouts of what the new facility will look like.  We expect to start construction May 1st 2017 and complete the project in October or November 2017.
