I am looking for a rental for the month of February 2027. Would gladly re-rent the same 2 bedroom condo I was in but it is rented during that period.

We are Dan and Sally Wajahn, both in our late 60’s (still working full time) non-smokers, no dogs, (no kids or friends coming to visit us), and are just looking to escape Ohio weather anytime between Jan 15 -- March 31, 2026 for a one-month rental. And would love to have opportunity to play some golf.

My name is Ed Tetreault, I’m retired, single, active and love Forest Glen. I’m originally from the New England area and have family in Boston and upstate New York. I currently live in Charlotte, NC and have many friends in Forest Glen. I stayed here last Fall (Sept - Dec. 2025) on Bishopwood Court East, and am currently renting at 3950 Loblolly Bay Drive (#207) from Dan and Pat Marini through March 31,2026. I am looking for a 2-month condo rental for
February and March, 2027. I love Loblolly Bay Drive, but am open to other areas also.

My husband Mark and I are very interested in renting in Forest Glen for the 2027 season, ideally for February and March. We would also be open to including January if that timing works better for the owner.
We are looking for a garden home, villa, or coach home.
We are active golfers and are specifically seeking a property where full golf and social privileges can be transferred during our stay. Forest Glen’s friendly, golf-centered community is exactly what we are hoping to be part of for the 2027 season.

Hi everyone!
My husband Matt and I rented this year at Forest Glen on Loblolly in a small unit for 6 weeks—and we absolutely fell in love with the community. We made great friends, loved the lifestyle, and are hoping to come back next year for a longer stay.
We’re ideally looking for a 2-bedroom (and possibly a den) unit for about 2 months sometime between January 15 and March 15 (dates are flexible).
A little about us:
We’re an active, responsible couple who truly enjoy the Forest Glen lifestyle. Matt plays a lot of golf, and I was thrilled to qualify for the D1 inter-club pickleball league this year. We treat rentals like our own home—neat, respectful, and easy to work with.
We do have a very small dog, Harvey — a 10 lb micro Bernadoodle who is non-shedding and non-allergenic. Everyone who met him seemed to adore him, and he’s quiet and well-behaved.
We truly loved Forest Glen and the people there, and we’d love to settle in for a longer stay next season in a slightly bigger place. We also intend to buy a unit at Forest Glen when we find the right one, so we’re very invested in the community.

Hello,
For the last 15 years, my husband , Bill Cuff, and I, Susan Cuff, have been renting for three months in the Forest Glen community. We have enjoyed it immensely but alas, for the 5th time, the owners of the property have decided to make it their permanent home or sell.
Once again we are looking for another 3-month rental.
(January 1 - March 31, 2027).
For the most part we have always been in a lower-level coach home. They are so roomy and as we age, we love being able to avoid stairs.
